I do a home tour on my listings. I love doing virtual tours on all my listings. I use a combination of panoramic and still photos to show off the dynamic upgrades in my listings. My virtual tours are designed as if a buyer is walking through your home.
I network among the local agents. I work hard to get to know my co-workers, agents working within our area. I do this so that I know what is happening – what the market is doing. I am asked on a regular basis if I have any listings coming up for buyers that these agents are working with.

I do ask that you sign a buyer’s agency contract with me. Buyer Agency is a contract that creates a partnership and changes my fiduciary responsibility to you as the buyer and my client. Without the buyer’s agency, I actually have an obligation to the seller even though I am working with you.
